In 1984, Lehmann introduced the LGB Mogul, the first LGB model of an American prototype locomotive, and this Limited Edition set commemorates that milestone event. Beneath the Mogul’s beautiful Denver, South Park & Pacific livery, you’ll find traditional LGB strengths, like true indoor/outdoor capability and a powerful Bühler motor. But you’ll also find advanced LGB technology, like an onboard Multi-Train System decoder and the unmatched, digitized sound of a real steam loco. You’ll hear the exhaust chuffs, the bell, the whistle, the air pump and more. (And you can control them remotely on MTS layouts.)
This Limited Edition set also includes two authentic passenger coaches, a combine and a drover’s caboose. All the cars feature opening doors and detailed interiors. A numbered certificate, lettering for customizing and “20 Year” flags complete this lavish package. It will undoubtedly be a prized addition to any LGB collection.
